Intrinsyc Case Study: TouchStar TouchStar needed to develop a Windows CE and Intel StrongARM-based mobile computing platform. Intrinsycs embedded technologies were instrumental in developing TouchStars new Touch PC, providing customers with new and versatile applications that can be remotely monitored and centrally managed. By collaborating with Intrinsyc, TouchStar was able to bring a new Touch PC to market in less than six months, approximately twice as fast as TouchStar would have been able to do using internal resources.

Development of an Embedded Device Driver for a Magnetic Stripe Reader A large organization that produced hand held devices needed to develop an embedded systems device driver for their magnetic stripe reader. Wipro Technologies who foresaw that mobile computing for portable devices would be the emerging technology of the Internet age offered its services to this company. Since the operating system was supposed to be WIN CE, Wipro's expertise with RTOS for embedded systems was very beneficial. Concerted endeavors at understanding the technical documents provided and improving on the existing domain knowledge were the two main approaches followed by the Wipro team to ensure successful completion of the project.
